Arsenal are close to wrapping up a £5million deal for Caen striker M’Baye Niang, according to reports.
The talented 17-year-old has been on trial with the Gunners and boss Arsene Wenger was impressed with what he saw during training at London Colney last week.

So much so a £5million offer is set to go in and Arsenal are confident of completing a move ahead of Manchester City and Tottenham who have also been linked.

Tottenham are also keen to take him on trial but the Gunners are in the box seat and hope to push through a deal before Spurs get the chance to take a look.

Caen are resigned to losing the player following relegation from Lique 1 in France and will accept an offer of £5million.
